
RESTAURANT POLICY
At Sambal, we want everyone to feel at home while enjoying our food. To keep service smooth and fair for all guests, here are a few simple guidelines:

Reservations

We have 4 reservable tables. The rest of the restaurant is dedicated to walk-ins.

Go to sambal.to/reserve for reservations

Tables are reserved for 90 minutes from the time of your booking.

Please arrive on time—if you’re running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to release your table.

Reservations require a credit card hold. No fee if you show up, but a $10 per person charge applies for no-shows.

Changes to your booking (party size, time) depend on availability.

Group Dining & Billing

For groups of 4 or more, we are unable to split bills.

An 18% gratuity is automatically added to groups of 5 or more.

Walk-Ins

Our dining room is kept open for walk-ins. If reservations are full, feel free to drop by, we’ll do our best to seat you.

Some of our dishes contain nuts, shellfish, and other allergens.

Our kitchen handles nuts and contain traces of nuts.
